1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days.

During high-volume periods or product drops, processing may take an extra day.
2. Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders through Chit Chats, which hands off shipments to:

Canada Post for Canadian orders

USPS for U.S. orders
All orders include full tracking.

4. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses

Packages returned to us
If a package is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, MIXED is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package appears lost:

We will help you investigate but cannot guarantee refunds for carrier errors.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Email us within 48 hours at support@smellmixed.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
We will send a replacement at no additional cost if the damage occurred during transit.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been shipped.
